The first scheme to be successful in securing National Lottery Heritage Funding Grant began work earlier this year to repair and reinstate 30-32 Little Underbank. The works so far have included replacement of new sash windows and bringing the first and second floor into use for a three bed apartment. Scheduled works will include the replacement of both shop fronts and painting of the side elevation.
